When Integrity Lacrosse began, we were focused on the youth player, helping to develop skills to improve players at the youth level and prepare them for high school. As those players progressed into the high school ranks, we adjusted the focus of what we can offer by working to develop their skills for success in high school in-turn preparing them for college. As our program has grown, the needs of YOU, our customer, have grown as well. For that reason, as part of your Integrity club fees, all high school players will benefit from our Recruiting Service.

Our Recruiting Service leverages the experience of our Program Director, Moira Leavitt, to give players the help they are looking for in their college recruiting process. As a former college coach, she understands the process and has been on the side of "the recruiter." As a high school coach at a number of programs, she has counseled numerous high school students to include a three-year tenure at Archbishop Spalding High School where she sent 14 girls to Division I, II and III lacrosse programs.

Our inaugural 2012 team had more than 10 girls signed to play college lacrosse by the beginning of their senior year with six of them being Academic All-Americans. The 2015 team scooped up more than 2.5 million dollars worth of athletic and academic scholarship aide.  With that said, the landscape continues to change and coaches are looking to have their rosters set even earlier.  We aim to help the student-athlete weigh all of their options to select the collegiate experience which is right for them academically, athletically and financially.

Recruiting service provided (included in your club fees):
